Full Body Intensity Workout

November 10, 2017 by BrookeWeiss

It is one chilly day here in Wisco. It is a balmy 6 degrees this morning. I love winter, but come on Mother Nature, I think this is a tad early for these temperatures. Just because it’s cold though, won’t stop me from getting in my Friday sweat sesh in. This workout could be done in a gym or at your house if you have something sturdy and solid to do box jumps on and if you have a slamball.
I noticed this week that I haven’t been pushing as hard as I usually do in my workouts, So, I will be changing up my workouts next week! Whenever I notice myself lacking drive and motivation to push hard in my workout, I change it up. I can get board quickly with workouts so I tend to change them up often. The best type of workout or fitness program is one that you can stick to. If you notice yourself dreading going to the gym or just moving through the motions with no intensity, it’s time to switch it up! Try a new type of exercise, fitness class or take a few days off. You should feel good and energized after your workout. If you feel tired and rundown after your workout, keep searching for your right fitness program. The worst thing you could do is throw in the towel. Keep pushing forward, trying new things and you will find your drive and intensity again. If you need a little sweat inspiration today, do this workout!
15 Minute AMRAP
– Box jump x 15
– V-ups x 15
– Air sumo squats x 15
– Push-ups x 15
THEN
5 Rounds
– 30 second sprint
– Slamball x 15
