Full Body WOD

June 23, 2017 by BrookeWeiss

Summer is the best time to workout. There are so many different options to choose from! Your yard, in your garage, on trails, at a park and you can even still go to your gym. You can go swimming, for a walk or run, rollerblading, outdoor yoga, paddle boarding. Summer can also be the hardest time to workout because life seems to get even busier for people.
