No Equipment Do Anywhere Workout

 Happy fitness Friday! Who is ready to kick this day in the ass and enjoy the weekend? I for one am. I am going to keep this short and sweet because I have a busy day and weekend ahead. But, I did want to leave you with this. Whatever you do in terms of your health, fitness and happiness make sure you are doing them for you. You do you. Don’t get caught up in what other people are doing or saying or believe is right. You do what you enjoy and what makes you happy. Nothing and no one should be able to throw a curve ball into your happiness and fit and happy journey. Have a great weekend!

No Equipment Do Anywhere Workout

Warm-up with a 10 minute job

Perform each exercise for 2 minutes max effort

– Push-ups

– Air squats

– Tricep dips

– V-ups

– Burpees

Rest 2 minutes

Repeat 3-4 times

Cool down with a 10 minute jog
