Special Ingredient Salsa

September 14, 2016 by BrookeWeiss

salsa

I realize that not everyone is a veggie freak like me and eats them with every single meal cooked or raw. That’s why I was bound and determined to find a solution for people who can’t stand the thought of broccoli or spinach. I give to you, my special ingredient!

This special ingredient of mine is just that, special! These greens are a convenient and delicious way to complement your daily intake of whole vegetables. These greens come in powder form and can be consumed many different ways, is a blend of 33 premium and natural vegetables, herbs and plants. With just one serving a day you would be receiving a huge variety of antioxidants and phytonutrients (the nutrients found in plants that are extremely beneficial to our health!). The greens that make up this powder are some of the healthiest out there to boost our body’s natural ability to fight off toxins. Not only are you getting a load to antioxidants and phytonutrients, you are also getting Vitamin E and three sources of Vitamin C to support our immune systems.

Don’t like veggies but want to reap the benefits of them, get these greens! Have kids that would rather not eat dinner than touch their carrots? Get these greens and hide them in a protein smoothie, make them a fun “green drink” or cook/make recipes with it. They will never know! There is so so much more I could say about the importance of vegetables in our diet but I have also realized many people don’t geek out about this stuff like I do. So, if you are wanting more information of how to get your hands on greens shoot me an email to kissbybrooke@gmail.com
