In a food processor, combine carrots, broccoli and onion and process for only about 5 seconds or until the veggies are chopped into really small pieces. You don't want to process too long so it turns to mush.
Place the turkey, veggies and spices in a large bowl. With your hands, mix well.
Use a ⅓ cup to measure out the meat and form into balls.
Place on a baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes.
