Paleo Waffles

Serves: 2-4
- 2 bananas - mashed
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup tapioca flour
- 1-2 tblsp coconut oil for greasing waffle iron
- Optional toppings: fruit, chocolate chips, maple syrup
- With a hand mixer, mix together bananas, eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, mix together baking soda, almond flour and tapioca flour. Add to wet ingredients and mix with hand mixer until smooth.
- Follow instructions for your waffle iron.
- Top those babies with something delicious and dive in!
