Ingredients
  • 2 bananas - mashed
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup tapioca flour
  • 1-2 tblsp coconut oil for greasing waffle iron
  • Optional toppings: fruit, chocolate chips, maple syrup
Instructions
  1. With a hand mixer, mix together bananas, eggs and vanilla.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together baking soda, almond flour and tapioca flour. Add to wet ingredients and mix with hand mixer until smooth.
  3. Follow instructions for your waffle iron.
  4. Top those babies with something delicious and dive in!
