Melt ghee or coconut oil in a pan on low/medium heat. When melted, add the sweet potato and apple cubes. Season with cinnamon and a little salt and pepper. Cover and stir occasionally.
In a separate pan brown the ground pork sausage and drain the grease if there is any.
Once the sweet potato and apples are soft add them to the browned pork sausage. Stir and add salt and pepper if needed.
