Ingredients
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • handful of ice cubes
  • optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a powerful blender with the ice cubes nearest to the blades.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
