Place a large skillet on the stove over medium high heat and add the avocado oil. Once the pan is hot, add the kale and stir occasionally.
Once the kale is halfway wilted, add the garlic, lemon juice, sesame seeds and salt. Mix well and continue cooking and mixing until all kale is wilted.
Serve immediately.
