Rinse and fully pat dry the kale. If you haven't already, cut along the entire stem of the kale leaf to fully remove the stem and discard it. Then, cut the kale leaf into medium sized pieces. Repeat until all kale is pieced.
Toss the kale in a large bowl with the coconut oil and sea salt. Place on a baking sheeting and bake for 8-10 minutes until desired crispiness. Enjoy!
