In a small bowl mix the spices and set aside. In a large bowl toss the sweet potato wedges with the coconut oil then add the spice mix and toss until all wedges are coated. Wrap each wedge with a piece of bacon using a toothpick to keep in place.
Spread out on a baking sheet and cook for 35-40 minutes or until the bacon is crispy. Serve
