Buffalo Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
  • 3-4 lbs chicken drumsticks
  • 3 tblsp unsalted organic butter
  • ¼ cup Franks Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ⅛ - ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with tinfoil. Place the drumsticks on the pan and sprinkle with seat salt. Cook drumsticks for 35-40 minutes or until the skin becomes crispy and golden brown.
  2. While the drumsticks are cooking, melt the butter in a large bowl then add Franks Hot Sauce and cayenne pepper. Depending on how spicy you want them add less or more cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  3. When the drumsticks are done cooking immediately add them to the bowl with the buffalo sauce. Stir until all drumsticks are fully covered. Serve hot with a side of carrot sticks and celery.
