Ingredients
  • For the Crumble:
  • ⅓ cup almond flour
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp organic unsalted butter, cubed
  • 2 tbsp organic raw honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • Optional: 1 scoop Arctic Zero Vanilla Maple or Cookie Dough Frozen Dessert
  • For the Appling Filling:
  • 3 large apples, thinly sliced
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp organic unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp organic raw honey
  • dash of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a medium sized bowl combine all crumble ingredients and mix with a fork. Place in refrigerator.
  3. In a large bowl mix together all the apple filling ingredients, except for the apples. Then, toss the apples in and toss until fully coated.
  4. Add the apple mixture to a pie pan and sprinkle the crumble over the top. Back for 30 minutes or until the crumble starts to brown.
  5. Let cool for 10 minutes, top with a big ole scoop of cookie dough or vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
