Protein Chocolate Chip and Blueberry Energy Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ⅓ raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup dried blueberries
  • ¼ enjoy life chocolate chips
  • Dash of sea salt
Instructions
  1. In a food processor with the dough blade combine oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract and sea salt and pulse until well combined.
  2. Place the dough mixture in a mixing bowl and fold in the dried blueberries and chocolate chips.
  3. Using a tablespoon to measure, form the dough into balls and place on a plate or cookie sheet and place in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!
