Over a decade ago, I was facing the same dilemma you are facing today. “What should I eat to lose a couple pounds?” “Which workout will give me a six pack as fast as possible?” “How do I do this while still finding time to do anything else?” So for years I tried it all, following a strict paleo diet, competing in a fitness competition, body building training, and obstacle course training and racing. With all of my successes and failures combined with my nutrition certification and continued education I have found what works and what doesn’t. There isn’t a one size fits all approach to a healthy life, but the basics of all those methods stay the same; eating clean and simple, moving often, and training for the look and lifestyle you want.
