Hey fit fam and happy FriYAY! Last weekend we were at our family cabin and wanted to get in a quick yet higher intensity workout. This workout can be done at home, in the park, on vacation and so on. We don’t let holiday weekends or vacations distract us from our goals and neither should you. Even if you indulged a little too much over the long weekend, don’t worry because it is now in the past. Use each new day to be better than the day before and forget about what you may have or may not have done in the past. If you want to get a good sweat going in a short amount of time, give it a shot!
5-10-15-20 HIIT Workout
5 Rounds for Time
-5 hill sprints (up then down counts at 1 sprint)
-10 v-up sit-ups (try and touch your toes)
-20 jump squats
